Livigno (1,816 m) is part of the duty-free region of northern Italy. The Lago di Livigno, which dams the river Spöl on the Italian-Swiss border, belongs to a special highlight of the region. The mountainous area around the Livigno Alps includes impressive peaks such as the Cima de’ Piazzi (3,439 m) or the Piz Paradisin (3,305 m). This area of the Eastern Alps offers excellent heliskiing and freeride potential. Livigno is popular for its winter sports. With local products such as cheese and sausage specialties, which are still produced today according to ancient tradition, the enjoyment is also guaranteed next to the slopes!
